Jumbo Phantom Spirit Potted Aster Trio

Also known as Fall Asters, these are terrific favorites for autumn colour in the perennial border. And this pot contains 3 asters in 1! Plants form bushy mounds, bearing loads of small daisy flowers in colors of blue, purple and pink. Hardy to Zone 3. Blooms mid September. 

Caring for your asters:

Asters can be used in pots as fall porch decor, but also can be planted as a perennial in your garden beds. Thrives in moist, fertile, slightly acidic, well-drained soils but highly adaptable. Prefers cool summer climates. Water deeply, regularly during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system. For a neat, tidy appearance, remove old foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring.

Fulfillment:

Plants can be picked up from our farm (10113 Pioneers Blvd just east of Lincoln) at a designated pick up times which you select at checkout.  Because our plants are grown outside and thus subject to mother nature, there is always a small risk that mums could succumb to the elements. If one or several of your mums perish prior to pick up, a refund will be given for those that don’t make it to your porch!
